Blackberry still roaming?

I was away in France last week and I had to keep my roaming on for work. But then I arrive back in London and the 3G service on my phone works for about a day then I get a text saying that I've used the allocated amount of DATA ROAMING data allowed so they were turning my internet off. But I'm not data roaming anymore and now my internet has been switched off? Any suggestions?
