I bought this Verizon Blackberry Storm off of Ebay a few days ago and it arrived yesterday. I unlocked it to use the handset with Fido. Everything went smoothly until a few hours later when I noticed it only showed caller ID of Fido and Rogers subscribers.So, If people call me with, for example, Bell or Telus, my phone shows "unknown number". I've owned Blackberry for 4 years and I'm well aware of all the options and capabilities of this phone. I did a google research today and I changed and modified a lot of things that a lot of people had suggested, but no luck! I called Fido customer service and they are not willing to help (or as they may say, "unable to help"). I tried to ask if they could remove the name display, but they said it was together with caller ID, so both or non. What should I do?
