Blackberry storm turning off straight after turn on?

I have a blackberry storm and I have to use the battery pull method to turn it on. It goes through the hourglass and what not and turns on for literally ten seconds then shuts off and I can't turn it on without battery pull my red disconnect button doesn't seem to work

How can I fix this, please!?
