Blew a .012... Any way to get off/argue it?

Ok. Everyone's been there. My situation:
I'm 18. Went to a party, lame. Decided to leave in a 5 passenger car, and had 6 people in it. The dick officer randomly Breathalyzed everyone, and I, having drank the absolute least, blew a measly .012, and got a ticket citation. Boo. So I have court next week. So I'm trying to find every way possile to fight it, argue it, or bring up some story, or little law out there that can get me down to little to nothing.
So. Is there any law that says it's illegal to cite under a .02 or any other tricky lil thing?


Also, no little jokes about drinking underaged, etc etc. If you've never done it you obviously never had a life or experienced freshman year of college :)

looks like you are completely screwed.
There is a good chance you are losing your licence at least for 6 months.

I don't have an issue with drinking underage. I wouldn't say drinking underage constitutes "a life," per se, but I've been there and done that. Honestly though, if you're getting a ride from someone who was drinking, and THEY'RE over the limit, I have no sympathy. Regardless, not that I'm aware of. Take your ticket, and don't get in the car with someone who was drinking. Next time walk or call a cab.
