Blu Ray Model difference?

I am buying a 52" Magnavox LCD HDTV and I need to know about getting the blu-ray for it.
Seen here;

Is there a difference in these models of blu ray?
Or are they all basically the same?

Sharp Aquos BD-HP20 Blu-ray Disc Player (BDHP20)

Samsung Blu-ray Disc Player (BD-P1400)

Philips BDP7200/37 Blu-ray DVD player (BDP7200)

The main thing you need to know with getting a blu ray player is if it'll be compatible with blu ray firmware 2.0. I know the PS3 blu ray player is for sure.
