[bluetooth] for bluetooth device, its name and address are unique?

For the bluetooth device, its name and address are unique? Thank you!
When I do a search in a PC for nearby bluetooth device, it shows the bluetooth devices with names on it for cellphone or host machine. So, each device has a unique name. Is it correct?
