Bluetooth from pc?

do all pcs come with bluetooth? and if they do or dont how do i figure out if i have bluetooth?
 
No they do not. Most people pay extra. I have the bluetooth icon on my HP, but if you don't follow these steps to check(for Windows Vista).
-Start
-Control Panel
-Classic View
and look for the bluetooth icon. If you see it you have it if not...
