bluetooth hack?

i have the bluetooth hack on my mobile which is cool and i dont use it to steal just mess around with songs its hilarious. Just want to know is there a bluetooth hack that people do not have to accept or doesnt pop up as use as modem device just accept like a song does.
 
There are thousands of people hacking into other phone users because of Bluetooth. A lot of people don't know their phone is being hacked. People will use your phone for making premium calls. They can hack into your personal data, they even hack into games and songs, the worst part is they can even put a virus onto your phone.
I've tried to sell a Nokia and all I got asked was does it come with Bluetooth? When I said no people don't want to know about it. Why is this when it's just a waste of other people knowing your private life without anyone stopping them. With the right equipment it's so easy.
