Bluetooth help please?

I have bluetooth on my phone and I want to put songs and use them as ringtones, how do i put it on, i have the usb cord and everything.........help please
 
This depends on the model of your phone, and also carrier. If you have Verizon you most likely can't do it regardless of your phone model.
