How do I get the bluetooth on my Nokia 3161 to work? I've tried using it with many other phones but it just won't work. How do I make it work?

Some bluetooth phones only have a handsfree functions where they can only pair with a buetooth headset, because filesharing is a big problem for the copyrighted music/videos
