bluetooth help?

im trying out a new phone. but the new one doesnt have internet atm. so i want to bluetooth my ringtones from myxertones over to it. ( the new fone is a razor ) but their locked.. so how do i send them?

the thing is you cant send them if they have a locked symbol next to it. It won't let you. I have a Motorola L6 and its the same story for me.
