I have a windows XP computer and the bluetooth doesn't work the way I want. I know that you can send files that you can see on your computer to your phone and use your phone to send files from the phone to the computer but I need to find a program that I can use that will let me see the files on my phone from my computer the same way a Mac computer can. The phone is broken and I need the files from it but can't see them because the screen is not working.
