Bluetooth Virgin Mobile Super Slice?

I just bought a super slice today, and was trying to figure out how to use the bluetooth, I tryed with a friend of mine who has Bluetooth on his cell with US Cellular, but it simply said that "No matches found". So how do I get it to work?

And Also, I noticed that the phone charger uses a USB cable, can I put songs from my computer on to my phone?
