Hi,
I posted a q a few days ago about an offer I had for a free BMW from a friend, I have accepted the offer but won't be getting it for a few weeks, thanks for all the answers but I now have a few more specific questions.
The model is 316i SE, Automatic, 1.9, 4 door saloon, it's K reg (1993) so fairly old, i think the mileage is over 100,000, silver colour.
So basically I want to know as much as possible about this car.
Do you think it's too old?
What does SE stand for?
What are automatics like to drive (especially with a large engine)?
Are they hard to park?
How much do tyres cost to replace?
As far as I know it's in good mechanical order and MOT is till Feb 09.
Anything else you can tell me about this model would be greatly appreciated, good or bad.
And if anyone has some links to pictures of this particular model that would be great.
