I might buy it by next week.

#1. Sat nav women, can it be turned off ? I've heard how annoying it/she can be.

#2. Self indicators don't self cancel; If you're indicating right it'll stay right for a while & if you try putting the handle in the middle it'll start indicating left.

#3. Durability ! I'm thinking of keeping it with me (thats if I buy it) for a long time... do you reckon I should buy it or consider other options ?

I'm on my second B right now......A 528it Wagon that I picked up with 70,000 on it........No problem after almost a year with 88,000 miles.

Beware: If you're buying a high performace car you better make sure to get all the records.......The average person that drives an M treats it better than they own child and will document everything ever done on it.

But, since it's an M you can bet it was driven hard.

I'd buy a regular 5 before an M.

My luck.....I'd but an M and have to do some major repairs to it.

Good luck....

1.Yes, you can turn the annoying lady off.

2. If you are talking about turn signals, yes, you can turn them off, they just take some getting used to, but are really great for lane changes.

3. It's a high performance car and is no more or less reliable than any other high performance car in its class, just take care of it and it'll last a very long time.
