my bmw was sent to impound yard,when i went to pick it up ,it wouldnt start,engine management light was on ,took to garage they said timing belt had slipped,impound yard ,says they are not responsible ,could have happened any time ,cost me 120 quid to get fixed,should they not pay as the car was in there possesion....
