Hey, I live in Guelph, but I'm going to a writers festival tomorrow, and I'm going to a writers workshop on Monday. I've got a new book in my mind, but I've got no idea how to start it out. I've got experience by writing Fan Fictions on fanfiction.com.
I'm thinking for the first lines of every chapter, (the beginning) a quote, a quote about life, love, and so on.
My book is about a girl, who is vacationing with her family in Nova Scotia, when she finds her self in the past (19th century.) She lands in a clearing in a forest, but the clearing belongs to the natives. The thing is, she's white, and the natives (well the chief) doesn't trust the white people.
Questions:
What should the girl's name be?
Description:
Brown hair, and purple eyes. She has fair skin. She's sarcastic sometimes, brave, and stubborn.
What should the chiefs son be called?
Dark 'native' skin, deep brown eyes, and dark brown, almost black hair. Should I also mention killer six-pack abs? Fun, nice, gentle (at least most of the time) and a fighter
What should the native tribe be called?
