Books like the book, 'Boys don't cry' ?

The book Boys don't cry, author Malorie Blackman. I like books that are a bit like that, Its a about a boy whos seventeen and hes waiting for his exam results to come through the mail when his ex girl friend from a year ago comes with a baby, his baby. She cant cope so she leaves him with the baby but he doesnt want his eleven month old daughter named Emma. They soon bond but he has to cancel his application to university and he has to stop all his dreams since he has a daughter now. They bond together and its all about what happenes when you get pregnant and a baby and all your dreams are ruined and everything that happens between time. I like books like that and also books when its the girl who has to cope and the guy leaves her and stuff so just books like that, pleease and a list of them would be helpful!
