I'm planning a trip to Turkey and was planning on buying a sticker visa at a Turkish Border Gate. I called the Turkish Consulate and they said that I could do that. When I asked the man, "Excuse me, but where exactly IS the Turkish border gate?" He replied, "You can pick up a 90-Day Sticker Visa at the Immigration Desk." And So I gave up... easily I know.
Anyhow, so I was wondering where the Border gate is? Is it in the airport in America that I would be leaving at, or would I purchase it as soon as I landed in Turkey? I was assuming I would buy it in the airport that I landed at in Turkey, but I want to be sure. I know the 90day visa is USD $20 but I just want to know exactly where to buy it instead of getting on a plane and not knowing what I'm doing.
So any help? Tips? Advice? Anything is welcome!
