First off, I love the super natural. Anything dealing with spirits, hauntings, possesions, or even UFOs really interests me. I dont know if you've ever read The House of Spirits by Isabel Allende but I really like it. It doesnt really phocus around supernatural things though. It's about this rich family and it takes place in the early 1900's (I love the 1800-1900s) and it foes through all the generations and tells about what happens. My favorite character in the book is Clara, who is a Clairvoyant and she conjures up spirits and has seyances and so forth. A lot happens in this book that is super natural and I love it.
I also like classical books like A Tale of Two Cities. I absolutely loved all the symbolism in this book so a symbolic book would be great.
In my books, Im usually attracted to romance in them but I hate it when the whole story centers around that. I also even like the rape and sex parts of my book....well I don't really "like" it but they keep me interested.
I dont like mystery or crime novels very much.
I hate Twilight so dont you dare say that. But if it is a a vampire book, I like good old fashioned victorian style vampires like in Van Helsing (amazing movie!)
I wouldnt mind a story about a haunting or something of that matter.
Also, I don't like Harry Potter. I can't understand it because I have absolutely no interest in it. I hate made up words and all that crap and I hate books that have a lot to explain before getting into it so you understand it.
I enjoy books that have a lot of events in them, not neccessarily action but interesting thing throughout the book.
btw, Im a 16 year old girl.
If you think that this book is advanced and an English 11 Honors student could do a report on it, that would be great becasue Ill be in school soon
