If it's been two years, then yes it's too late to return them. GNC's return policy is valid for 30 days.

I took the Hydroxicut bottles with almost full of the pills to the local GNC store here in New York City. However, the store manager, who hardly spoke English, refused to take them back, saying I was supposed to mail them to the company instead. I purchased these for over $100 almost two years ago, used about ten (10) of the diet pills, broke out with acne and boils, and stopped using them. The GNC store refused to honor their returns because the bottles had been opened and they refused to take them back even after the FDA ruling. I still have the bottles with at least most of the receipts. Is it too late to return them? Where? Thanks so much in advance. Laurie.
