I have prepackaged bratwurst patties. I don't want to make a "burger" with them. I was thinking about throwing the patties in a skillet and cooking them like regular ground beef. Any ideas? Fettuccine pasta? etc.?
Sure...you can cut them into chunks...brown them up in a skillet along with some peppers you cut into chunks also....add some chopped onion, too...season to your taste.
Eat on a plate...or serve over rice...or add side of potatoes....yum!
