I am taking two galsses of water in the morning when i wake up after five to ten minutes i have a Kiwi or another fruit and finally i have my breakfast which is bread+chesses and other stuffs...
now i had always heard it is better to have fruits with an empty stomach but yesterday someone told me it is wrong. I would like to know if my nutrition is wrong and harmful or it is ok?
or if it is better to have the fruits after food, with food, before food, or some hours after food or so?
also when is the best time to take supplements?
