Breeders/Co owning....opinions?

What do you think of this breeder from what you see on the website? I have been offered a co owner ship deal for a puppy. The deal is I show the puppy, get him titled health cleared, she gets a breeding then the dog is signed over to me, free, and from the breeding i can get a puppy or two of my choosing for myself...What do you guys think? Opinions?
 
well they seem to have taken the time to create a proper website with all the information anyone would want to know about their business. i seems like a good deal to me, i'd do it.
