I notice Manhattan? is pretty clean. This is what I saw, when I visited last Spring. Does Bloomy only care about the Rich borough? or do the citizens of Brooklyn deserve the blame as well? Cmon people, its Brooklyn,, a place with great history and charm. Take some pride in your borough!!! I admit I live out West, but If I lived in bklyn, I would gather some volunteers to clean up the streets a little.
