I'm getting into Buffy the Vampire Slayer comics Season 8 (made to continue from the season 7 finale TV show)
I noticed a lot of different outside covers and I wanted to know the difference? Does the storyline and inside artwork remain the same and just have a different outside cover?

They always come out with varient covers. They invite guest artists to do the covers. It's a collectability thing, everything inside is the same. Oh and season 8 rocks
