Buick Park Avenue Ultra or Audi A6?

I have a 2003 Buick Park Avenue Ultra that I am currently driving, but I have always liked Audi's. I have driven a few and have an eye for them on the road. So just wondering if anyone reccomends an Audi over the Buick? I would get a A6 but not sure what motor (2.7t,2.8,4.2). If anyone has any input, I'm open to suggestions.
