i currently weight around 155 and want to get to 180 solid muscle with abs. i have about 5-10 pounds of body fat i am currently doing weight training 5 -6 days a week with about 3 days cardio
i have been told to eat 5 portioned meals a day (obviously healthly food) but will this only add some muscle and fat ? i dont want to add any morw fat than i have i want to cut it down..i lift heavy when i do lift i am looking for suggestions and so on for gaining muscle and to get me bigger..thanks
also i heard consuming 9000mg of fish oil a day helps but does this also add fat considering it is a omegs 3 fatty acid?
