In the mission balls of snow (http://bullygame.wikia.com/wiki/Balls_of_Snow) the music seems to be a hiphop version of 'Carol of the Bells' however it is not not on the soundtrack?.

What is the title for this song (if there is another) and who did it?, and on an extra request -- Where can I get it!
