I work as a dietary aid in a nursing home. Close to a month ago, as I was finishing up washing dishes when I suddenly got this excruciating knot between my left shoulder blade and my spinal cord - it didn't really hurt it just felt like it was knotting up, I ignored it and continued with my work. And now, every day when I'm up and about at work there will be a burning sensation between my left shoulder blade and my spinal cord. I don't really feel it anywhere else except when I'm at work... and sometimes I can go a whole day without the pain at work, but it will be there every few days.

I am looking to join the army. It is my life dream to become an airborne paratrooper and I don't want this effecting my life dream, I can and will fight the pain if there is no option to fixing this but - let's not jump to conclusions. I am kindly asking you ladies and gents if there is any way for my to get over this... I remember having similar sensations in the same area about two years ago but it only lasted about a week, but this has been going on for a little more than a month. So is there anyway to get this out of the way? It kinda sucks feeling a burn in my shoulder and I don't want this effecting my life
