By mistake I erased the internet explorer icon, I download it but doesn't work,

what should I do? Once I asked this same question 10 months ago and Steward W. solved my problem doing Right-click an empty area on your desktop, then click PROPERTIES.
In the screen that appears, click DESKTOP
In the next screen that appears, click CUSTOMISE DESKTOP (it's bottom left)
Put a tick in the square next to Internet Explorer, then click OK.

But the problem is that now the Enternet Icon is not shown there!!!
