By running 5-6 times a week and eating healthy-ish?

Can I get a flat-ishh stomach, like healthy look, but not huge pot-belly. I'm not GIGANTIC but I'm really self concious about my stomach, which is where my weight goes to. I am 4'9 and I weigh 97lbs. I want to get to around 85lbs, yes I've checked my BMI so please don't give me the "How old are you?" "That's underweight!", etc. talk. My mom knows, she approves, and that's the lowest healthy weight for my height and age. I don't eat perfectly, but I definitely don't overeat. I eat a medium breakfast, and a pretty small lunch. Then I come home from school and have a like 1/2-1cup snack and then dinner which isn't bad. I have no specific foods, but I eat regularly, not too much, but not too little. Probably around 1000-1,200calories? I go running/walking at a 0.7mile track, twice around with my mom and little brother, not today but like every day. My brother and I run for 1/4 mile STRAIGHT as a race, and whoever gives up first loses. I'm a tween, please, just answer my question, or don't, and don't if you're going to send an ad or tell me how young I am and stuff. I'm not going into a disorder. And then also I walk the rest, running on occasion, so about 1.4miles.

Would that help me lose some of my flab?:P
Could I shrink my stomach and get it flatter? Anything to improve, meal plans or exercises? Thanks for the help(:
