the family business? can a family member under 18 years old sell alcoholic beverages or tobacco at the family business?
My parents own a Gas station in New York State, Erie county. Most of the people we hire steal although they sign a paper that says they won't, and I need a job.
But in order for me to work here I have to be able to sell alcohol and tobacco

I am only 17, but is it legal to for me to sell at a family business with alcohol licence and tobacco products licence?
If it is legal for me to sell, could you find me the section of the law that states I can?
 
No. And if anyone every found out about it, your families business could even be shut down. Must be 18 or risk getting caught.
 
I'm a police officer and I am going to contact yahoo to find out your identity and shut down your family's business, god why was your father letting a 17 year old work in a bar I am going to file charges against him.
