Can a flag tail prochilodus eat smaller fish?

ok i wanted to get another flag tail prochilodus because the last one got eaten by my red tail catfish. i was wondering, can the flag tail eat smaller fish? like a big size difference because i wanted to put it with my small snakeheads. please answer

i hope you know that snake head will get like 2 feet long
