I was working for a temp agency at a local company where I was sexually harassed by a female worker that had already been hired in. I reported it and she was told to "actively avoid" me for two months. Physically she did, but the non-verbal 'flirting' continued. I kept complaining, and finally the supervisor told the temp agency that they did not want me back since I was "not a good fit for..." the company. When I called around and tried to find out what had happened, I was told that I had been fired because of "quality issues. The specific quality issues were deemed to be two minor misplacements of two different parts when I first started (this had been over a four month period). These were considered to be small routine mistakes. In other words, I was not fired for "quality issues," but for my complaints. What can I do?
