can a phone from at&t be used for tmobile?

my serivce provider is tmobile and i want to get a phone from at&t. will it work with my sim card and does it need to be unlocked?

Hi no you have to unlock your phone from AT&T network provider to use it with t-mobile sim ..You can easily unlock your phone using sites like Unlock-Free.com here they will generate unlock code for some older mobile models at free of cost ..If you are having old model phone then make use of this site and unlock your phone ..Then freely use it with your t-mobile sim card ...
