Can a teacher acuse you of smoking pot with barley any evidence?

I know a kid who smoked alot of weed before school in his window well, then hed go take a shower, put deoderint on, and get new clothes, and colonge. He brought no evidence with him to school. He was quiet in class and did his work, the only bad thing was his eyes. If you have bloodshot eyes will they try to bust you or can they not if they don't smell it or if the kid isnt acting like it?
 
If there is no evidence, they can't really do anything.

By anything I mean they can't take legal action...BUT they can have a talk with his parents and stuff if they are suspicious.

If his eyes are bloodshot after smoking bud, he should us clear eyes BEFORE and after he smokes. Putting clear eyes in before keeps your eyes from getting so red.
But even that isn't much evidence, my friend's eyes turn super red whenever he's tired.
 
Lol you are still under the influence of a substance so you can get a public intoxication fine. Stop smoke pot it is killing your brain cells.
 
1. Your spelling is horrible
2. They can accuse you with no evidence. However, they have to have "Probable Cause" for the police to have a drug test.
