I've been considering buying a second ATI HD 4850 for my computer, but I wonder if my PSU is adequate enough for two 4850's in Crossfire. If not, could it take one HD 4870

PSU: XION 580W, don't know the other details so well...
And also, could it take a sound card as well (haven't decided on the type or model)
