can an at&t smart card fit into a t mobile phone?

i have a blackjack 2 and my friend has a t mobile sidekick and they both you a sim card. I love sidekicks and she said i can have hers..would i have to switch to t mobile

You can't use AT&T sim in your friend's sidekick mobile until you unlock it from t-mobile network provider .You can easily unlock your phone through online providers like WickedUnlock.com here they are rendering network unlock code for all mobile models at reliable cost .You first check that whether the code is available for your mobile model ,country and network provider ..If yes then pay for it and unlock your phone then freely use it with any GSM sim ...
