Can any one tell me the recipe of Rotisserie chicken Lebanese style that u get

in shawarma shops in Abu Dhabi? I have lived in Abu Dhabi for a while and I used to have this Rotisserie Chicken from the Shawarma shops and also from Lebanese Flower Restuarant. Its normally 30 Dirhams or so. Does any one know the recipe of it? It would be greatly appreciated if you could help me with this. Thanks.
