Can anyone give me a quick rissotto recipe for tonight?

I've got some bacon, mushrooms, leeks and onions and some rice - was thinking about doing a risotto with some vegetable stock - but how should I go about it??

I've only ever made risotto once, years ago so I'm a bit rusty. If anyonce can can give me a quick receipe that would be amazing! Thanks!
