Can anyone help me set "my sounds" as a ringtone for Envy 2?

I just got a Verizon Envy 2 and had it flashed to Metro PCS...I don't think that really matters....but I have a song located on "My Sounds" that I would like to set as a ringtone to one of my contacts #'s. I looked in the users manual and I don't see the options to do that...does anyone know how???
