I dropped my phone in a bait fish tank, and had to make an insurance claim to get a new one. The new one they sent though malfunctions. The screen either goes blank (the phone is still on though) or the phone just shuts off in my pocket. Sometimes it takes 20 power cycles to even get the screen to come back on.
I am going to make another claim with Asurion, but I am going to try to haggle with them and suggest that for the trouble they sent me the LG Voyager as an upgrade. Keep in mind I had to pay $50 to replace it because it was water damaged, so if my insurance policy calls for $50 for whatever reason (on top of my monthly insurance fee), then I feel like they should do whatever it takes to keep me happy.
Will my haggling possibly work?
