...credit card dues r there for same bank? I took a car loan from MNC bank in India and paid it back in full. There was a credit card account in the same bank agianst which there are some dues. Now the bank after fetching complete amount for car loan is refusing the give me the papers unless I pay the unreasonable amount they are asking for CC.Please advise if it is legal on their part to hold my car papers and what is the best way out of this mess?
