Can being on antibiotics (amoxicillin)and having a yeast infection

affect chlamydia test results? I was taking amoxicillin for a sinus infection, ear infection, and pharyngitis and the doctor diagnosed me with a yeast infection because of it. At the same time I also had std screenings done. It came back positive for chlamydia. I was reading about test results and it said that being on antibiotics can affect your test answers...could the results be false positive?
