Can dogs get pregnant without having sex?

I have a corgi and she is 6 months old and i want her to have puppies but does she need to have sex? and what is a heat cycle i looked it up and it doesn't tell me what it is. can i take her to the vet so the doctor can implant eggs so she can get pregnant or how does this all work out? and if she can go to the vet how much do you think that would cost?
so your saying she does have to have sex....
 
just let the dog have sex, why do you want to spend alotta money just for implanting eggs in her?

to young. wait until she is 15 so she won't have birthing problems
take to vet now to get spayed for now.
if your vet does the surgery it will cost about $20k
 
i dont think you should have a doctor implant eggs in ur dog if thats even possible. cuz the dog will have no idea wats going on and itll suddenly get pregnant... how would u feel?
and i think it does need to have sex
