I know it can't learn fly in the games but, even though it doesnt have wings, its evolved form draginar or somethin like that can. so can it fly, like in the anime?
it says on bulbapedia that dragonair, can fly, even though it's only wings are on its head, which would be useless in flight, but it doesnt say anything on dratini's page
