Can drinking Aloe Vera gel (yes the drinkable kind) give you diarrhea and or gas?

Please answer only if you know and please dont be mean or runde I really need to know this.
 
Im pretty sure if you drink too much it will,
but if you drink it in moderation you will be fine.

Ive drank it before and was fine.
