As much as I feel it's worse, my dr. only thinks I have a mild case of depression. It's to a point where I cannot keep an erection. Everything will be fine but once my mind wanders, the erection is instantly lost. At this point I am using Viagra but even then, it is still a downer to me and my girlfriend that I cannot perform randomly. This sexual frustration makes me heavily depressed. At first, my dr. initially thinks the risk vs reward by taking meds aren't worth it for my level of depression but I beg to differ. What depresses me even more is anti-depressants make erectile problems even worse. I don't know what to do anymore and I am rapidly getting more depressed. I am only 31 years old and in athletic shape. Any advice?
