are still running on Bit Torrent? I've been downloading three games using Bit Torrent. They are very big files (7.42 Gigs each). Unfortunately my computer messed up, froze and had to be rebooted while the downloads were still going, thus interrupting my downloads.

I was wondering, could one of the files be corrupted in this process? I have no way of checking to see if the files are playable until 3 weeks time. I would appreciate it if someone could provide their knowledge and expertise on this matter.

Thanks guys

Didn't I just answer this question? Your download will be fine and take right off as soon as you start Bit torrent again. Trust me I torrent all the time and have never had anything not download properly because I restarted my computer or shut it down for the night.

They can be corrupted if the download is interrupted and they probably will be corrupted. The chances are better that they WILL be damaged than that they will be OK. 7.42 gigs is a hard file to download intact off the Internet anyhow. Too much can happen to corrupt the file during a download that big.
